The owners of the hotel were incredibly helpful and caring. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and even provided ice packs for my foot. the place was clean, spacious, and offered privacy despite being a room with multiple beds. the showers were great and there were washing and drying options for clothes. the location was perfect, right on the Camino and in the center of town. a highly recommended stay.
The climatic conditions of the room were a major issue. the room did not have windows that could be opened for fresh air and the owner had control over both the room AC unit and the ceiling fan, both of which were off all night.

One thing I truly appreciated about my stay at Arraigos was the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was charming and created a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of seating for relaxation. As a senior person, I also found the hotel to be easily accessible, with well-maintained ramps and elevators that made it convenient for me to navigate the premises.
If there was one aspect I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more assistance available from the staff. While the children of the staff were friendly and attentive, I sometimes longed for a bit more personalized attention, especially when it came to carrying my luggage or providing extra assistance when needed.

I recently stayed at Arraigos in Melide for three nights while on a hiking trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering advice on nearby dining options. The location was perfect, with a supermarket across the street and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel had a well-equipped kitchen for guests to use, along with a bag collection service. The showers and bathroom were spotless, and the hotel was professionally run and always busy. I highly recommend Arraigos for its excellent location, helpful staff, and cleanliness.

I got excellent value for my money at Arraigos. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. The staff, especially the owner Mariano, treated me like family and made my stay truly memorable.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety or fresher options.

We recently stayed at a hostel in a central location, close to restaurants, without mentioning any names. The owner was friendly and the beds had a good amount of space between them, ensuring privacy. We were pleasantly surprised to receive generous amounts of bread and fruits for free. The shower rooms were plentiful, eliminating the need to wait. Across the street, there was a convenient supermarket, and the option to use the kitchen facilities was a bonus. Despite some noisy neighbors and the lack of windows in the room, we found the overall experience to be pleasant. The showers and bathroom were spotless, and the bag collection service was a great addition. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay, despite a few minor drawbacks. we would definitely choose this place again on our next visit.

I had an exceptional experience at this hostel in Melide. The staff, particularly Andreana, went above and beyond to help me and other pilgrims find a bed when everything was fully booked. She even personally delivered my left-behind power cable to the next hostel. The kindness and dedication of the staff truly made a difference in my journey.

The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The beds had lockers and the showers were clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right in the center with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. I also appreciated the fact that the owner provided bread and fruits for free, a small but thoughtful gesture.
The room's climate control was a big issue. The air conditioning and ceiling fan were turned off all night, and there were no windows that could be opened.
